Starting January 1, 2026 – we will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Warsaw U Store will be moving to a fully cashless system.

We have two storage unit sites.

2) 184 Main Street, Warsaw NY 14569

What are your access hours?

Once you have a unit rented with us, you can visit 24/7 whenever you want or need.

Are your storage units safe?

Yes, our facilities are well lit, so if you need to stop by during the night, you’ll feel safe. We also have security cameras to help keep the units monitored.

Is there a grace period or a late fee?

All payments are due on the first of the month. Accounts not paid by the end of the 5th day of the month will be assessed a late fee of $25 in accordance with the Storage Rental Agreement.

Storage units are pro-rated for the first month.
Customers will pay the “in-between” rent amount based on the start day.

Days 11-20 – Pay 2/3 Monthly Rent
Days 21-30 – Pay 1/3 Monthly Rent Plus Pay For the Following Month When Signing Up
